Service Request or Support: When using the "Process" action on a non-web Agency Order, the Order Modifications is set to Food Bank Only.
The Process action should not apply to non-web Agency Orders.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating Table 36 (Sales Header), by adding logic to function ProcessWebOrder, to skip when the Agency Order is a Web Order.
