CERES5.02.32 - Use Shipment Date to Explode Sales Lines

SO1 uses WORKDATE as the lot consume by date for the determination of expired lots. It should use the order's shipment date.

The Process action should not apply to non-web Agency Orders.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to use the Sales Header’s Shipment Date to check for Qty Available calculation instead of the work date.
