Issue Addressed: When a WAP is created, it can incorrectly report expired lots on the WAP Expired Lots report.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to expired lots correctly. The format for the Shipment Date on the WAP Expired Lots report was also changed MM/DD/YY.
