CERES5.02.59 - Agency Invoice report printing header on first page only

Issue Addressed: When printing Agency Invoice (RP 14012524) for more than one page, the second page does not contain the header information on the second page (other than the page number).

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Agency Invoice report (Report 14012524), to update the Agency Invoice Header group report property to repeat the header on every page.
