CERES5.02.06 - Fix Receiving Nos error during CC Import Transactions

Issue Addressed: When using the Import CC Transactions Excel process (Report 14012543), upon importing in a CC import file, the following error occurs: "Receiving No. series must have a value in Purchase Header".

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by adding logic to the Import CC Transactions Excel process (Report 14012543) to correctly initialize the record upon import.
