CERES5.01.92 - Agency Pallet Tag change correct paper size

Issue Addressed: The Agency Pallet Tag 6x4w/Barcode report (Report 14012550) has the Page Size property is set to 29.7cm, 21cm which results in the print-out having too much white space.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Agency Pallet Tag 6x4w/Barcode report (Report 14012550), changing the Paper Size of the report into: 6 x 4 inch so it prints correctly.
