Issue Addressed: When creating a Warehouse Shipment for a Shipment Option 3 Food Bank the Quantity to Ship on the Shipment is being set to the Agency Order Line Quantity instead of the Pallet/Lot quantity.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: With this release, Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by setting the Qty. to Ship on the Warehouse Line to the Quantity Available To Ship for the Pallet/Lot.
