Issue addressed: When an Agency is permitted for web ordering, if the Agency Group Code is greater than 10 characters, the Agency record will export from Ceres but will not be able to be imported by Agency Express.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to prevent an Agency Group Code longer than 10 characters from begin used on an Agency that is permitted for web ordering.
