CERES5.01.40 - MealConnect not setting Grocery Rescue condition on DO, gives Callback error

Issue addressed: Callback error is generated when the donor has a preferred pickup time record. Table 38 (Purchase Header): function SetPickupDateTime is conditioned for Grocery Rescue to exit the routine and not asking for user input. MealConnect is either not setting this or is setting another flag that is not being checked in this function. The result is that the user can be prompted for input resulting in a call back error.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced such that the SetPickupDateTime is not executed for Meal Connect orders
