Issue addressed: The Credit Limit field on the Agency Card is not respecting the “Modify Credit Limit” field on User Setup, it is always editable which results in the Modify Credit Limit option on User Setup not working.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Agency Card (page 21) adding the appropriate property and logic to link the Credit Limit field to the User Setup Modify Credit Limit option.
