CERES5.00.89 - Not allowing more than 1 Applies-to ID for multiple 'Apply-to' Agency Entries

Issued Addressed: On the Apply Agency Entries page, the user is allowed to manually enter an Applies-to ID on more than one “apply to” line. Additionally, if the user selects multiple “apply to” lines and then selects the Set Applies-to ID page action, Ceres marks all lines selected with the Applies-to ID. Ceres should only mark the first line with the Applies-to ID when multiple lines are selected.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to allow only one ‘Applies-to ID’ to be set at a time.
