Full User License

Full users receive unrestricted direct or indirect access to all Microsoft functionality. Including setting-up, administering, and managing all functional processes.

Team User License (aka Limited User License)

Team users get restricted access from Microsoft to complete only the following tasks:

  • “Read” access to any data contained in the solution; and
  • “Write” access to a maximum of 3 table objects per session with the following exceptions:
    • Team users are not authorized to write to General Ledger Entry, Permission or Access Control Tables.
    • Team users are unable to “Post”.

Team User included Tables should allow you to perform the following tasks:

  • Agencies and Receivables.
    • Create an Agency with relevant contact details.
    • Create an Agency Order for an existing or a new agency.
  • Donors and Vendors.
    • Create a Vendor or Donor with relevant contact details.
    • Create a Purchase or Donation Order.

Device Only License

Indirect access only to data and information. Users that only use barcode scanners are an example.
