Issue addressed: Table 7154 - Item Analysis View Entry has incomplete Item Ledger Entry Type Option list; Item Ledger Entry Type doesn't include Donations. During documentation several fields were found to be missing from pages. Page 5159 needs field "Reason Code" added to the General Tab.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: With this release, Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by adding the Donation to the Item Ledger Entry Type Options and “Reason Code” to the Sales Order Archive Page.
