CERES5.00.30 - Ability to edit 1099 fields on Vendor Ledger Entry

Issue addressed: The IRS 1099 Code and/or the IRS 1099 Amount on the Vendor Ledger Entries page is not able to be edited in order to correct/adjust the 1099 Code or Amount.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to address the issue by including the necessary permissions on the Vendor Ledger Entries page to allow the 1099 fields to be updated.
