Change Log Setup - all fields only covers Base tables

We had All fields turned on for our Setup tables. We recently discovered that it only was capturing fields from the BASE tables (We modified the delete queue after field). It did not create a change log entry when I changed it first thing this morning. I changed from all fields to Some fields and I checked ALL the available fields and then I changed it back and that was logged. 

I think if it isn't ALL it should say so. or better yet, add the extension tables to the All
