Sometimes we need to return an agency order directly to a Waste Journal. Currently this is a multi-step process. It would be nice if we could process an Agency Return Order where the posted Receipt goes straight to a Journal for wasting (the way Shorts process when we are picking)

An Item cannot be placed on a Trash Journal unless there is a quantity on hand in a Bin. There is no vehicle to return an Item directly to a journal without returning the quantity to a Bin first via the ARO.
