We have multiple times had issues where the wrong item was sent out and we need to back out those orders and re-submit them with the correct item number. (in this case 24 ct 1lb lentils and 12ct 2lb lentils, so the weight it the same but the item is wrong and the government agency it was sent from needs the correct agency orders). we can put the correct item in via grocery rescue or allocation but the credit memos cannot be done that way.
