have the ability to put blue receipt and UNC donor id on the parent donor so all new donors would have that (if set) once they linked to the parent.. i understand that sometimes we don't want every donor under a parent to have blue receipts but they should probably have the unc donor id. food banks could choose not to add that field but if they do it would flow down
